How do I speak to someone?

 

I need to change the date payment is taken each month and it looks like I am being billed for the tv service I didn’t sign up for I only signed up for broadband. Please can someone get help me with this?

 

I tried the help centre there’s no online chat or phone number available

My understanding is most broadband deals come with a TV membership of some sort, so you'll need to speak with a member of staff. See link for number to call the broadband team.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
