I have been charged a payment of 9.99 and 11.99 for passes I don’t have I need help but I cannot find anybody

Hi the app is reminding me to pay my sky sports pass but according to my bank statement it was paid on Monday 1st March 2021. It was 33.99 so can only be the sky sports pass
