I have a now TV account that I no longer use as we have sky I've just received my quarterly bank statements and it appears my card has been used to set an account up so I've been paying months and months for a service I don't use and isn't mine  I can't currently cancel my card as I'm paid Weekley and can't access the money otherwise... Absolutely fuming a single mum to 4 and doesn't appear to be anything I can do about this. I'd like this money refunding today ASAP

@Anonymous User firstly make sure there is no active passes and a payment pin is on this account. Secondly complete this so Now can investigate. https://account.nowtv.com/payments/query/incorrect-charge

Finally you do have the right to instruct your card issuer to stop payments.
