@J-Blake

You never talk to staff about payment information. So you need to elaborate what came out.

Did you inadvertently take out a streaming membership?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

If your old card simply expired, then your bank will have given Now, and everybody else you have CPAs with, the new details, so as not to interrupt your payment schedules.

If you look at the small print of your bank’s CPA T&Cs, you will no doubt find this.

If you want Now to stop taking money from your account, cancel the relevant Memberships.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
