Payment card did not save. Payment not taken. TV

Hi.  For some reason my card details weren't saved under payment details (I am certain that they were there when I signed up, as I remember the £1 temporary hold).  As such the payments for nowtv have failed and I have lost access.  I've re-added the details, but I can't work out to get them to re-try the card and take the payment so that my subscription will continue.

 

Anyone else experienced this at all?

For TV memberships they normally keep trying for a few days. However if you rather you can jump onto live chat and speak to staff to make sure the payment does come off. 

Make sure to click "chat online" within the green box. Don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Thanks for this!  The membership was cancelled when payment failed, but the person on chat restarted for me at the same price I was paying.
