Payment not accepted

I've had an email saying that payment hasn't been accepted this month even though the moneys there waiting, I've tried to pay online and it's not going through. Keep getting cut off while on hold. Now my broadband is cut off and nothing I can do about it.

Judging from what you have said it is your broadband account which is affected. NOW don't respond to issues here directly, you need to call them on 0330 332 3050 between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Is the number you tried calling the same as the one provided by @redchiz1 ?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
