Direct Debit despite no membership or packages

A year ago, I signed up for a temporary Sports membership with NOW TV, but would now like to cancel this. However, logging in to my account, I see that this has already been done, and my account is not signed up for any packages. 

I am still being charged £9.99 p/m, with no way to cancel this. Does anyone have any advice on how to cancel this Direct Debit?

£9.99 doesn’t get you a Sports membership, so that looks like a Cinema or Entertainment membership.

But it also looks like it may be on a different account from the one you are looking at, so try this to see if you have another account:-

https://help.nowtv.com/article/find-an-account

and proceed accordingly.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
