Hi,
I changed my broadband's payment method by 'updating card details'. However, it left the old card details in the broadband membership and added the new card details to a tv membership, which I never signed up for. Please, remove this TV membership. I only want the broadband.

You should put a payment PIN on your account to prevent this going forward.

Then go onto live chat.
