When you go to payments within your account. What does it show?

There’s a scam going round like this. Who was the email from?  Were you invited to visit a dodgy website to make payment, so they could steal your credit card details and other personal information? Or some similar payload whereby they asked for money, or sensitive information?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
