Payment being taken issue

Hi all...

Over the last few month's I have had to ring up and make the payment for my broadband service. Payment is still being taken for the Boost, Cinema and Entertainment memberships. I'm not sure why this is happening. Is anyone able to help?

Also what is a pro-rata charge as I have one this month for £10.32 when there hasn't been one before?...

You can cancel your TV memberships directly via My Account. If you are having any problems with that then get on to the support team by using the Chat online button towards the top of the page here.

For any broadband billing queries you will need to call 0330 041 2518 between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
