Hi today my sky sports subscription was taken (forgot to cancel) I cancelled it immediately BUT I dont want the service this month either as there is no sport anyway. I would like a refund but no-one at nowtv is available, how do we get someone to handle this refund ?
As long as now TV can see that the sports pass hasn't been used since it was last we knew then they will most likely refund you. Due to the current situation though. It might take them a bit longer to respond than it normally would
