Hi, I'm being charged for the entertainment package but I don't go live until 25 July so I've paid 5.99 for July can anyone help

Are you with another ISP at the moment?
If so you don't have to use NOW Broadband to use their TV streaming services, where you just need a suitable supported device to watch on.

Or do you have access to Sky Entertainment TV already on another ISP service?

NOW live chat would be your best option if you are seeking some sort of refund or wish to temporary put the NOW Entertainment Membership on hold.
