I was caught up in the system crash on monday. I ordered the 3 month £25 per month sky sports special offer but 4 days later I still have no pass. I know you started the order because there is a £0.10 hold on my credit card for NowTV.
What do I now? All the online help suggestions around using windows app fail (can't even log in). There is no one to call or chat. I daren't order again in case I end up paying twice and anyway the offer seems to be gone (depends where you look).
