Paid for Sports Monthly and cant stream

Just paid for a promotion, which was Sports Monthly and Boost for £21. The money came out of my account but I cant stream sports. There dont seem to be any staff I can get hold of 😞

What playback devices have you tried on ?

Any error code or message or is it asking you to buy a Sports Membership ?

Have you opened the NOW App and then clicking on the gear wheel icon top right on most playback devices to check you are logged in with the correct details you purchased the NOW Sports Pass on ?
