You need to elaborate what your referring to. 

Can only assume you’re talking about broadband. Nothing will be looked into or resolved on the forum.

Are you sure you don't work for them ? Youve answered so many questions you should be paid you must check this form all the time , now tv should hire you ,

Many questions, but usually only two answers, either ‘phone the Broadband Team’ or ‘get on Live Chat’.

If Now had to pay us, they would find it cheaper to hire a signpost 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
