Nowtv starting up my membership when i havent used nowtv over a year

This would be the 2nd time now tv has charged my card and started up memberships. I haven't used now tv in nearly 2 years? I want to delete my account

What membership(s) did they start? Did you get confirmation emails of the cancellation? If it was more than one membership you will need to make sure all of them are cancelled.
