I can login to now account but can't access parts to do with broadband. I couldn't find a service available page like there used to be when I was at plus net and trying the phone the menu system is Labyrinthine. I can login, manage account but parts of the account like "broadband and calls" I get the message "Well, that didn't go to plan, Please wait a moment and try again.". In "my payments" "payment details" TV shows up but broadband payment section message saying try later.

Same here for me using Chrome browser.
Don't know if using a different browser will get past it.
Also reported by somebody over on NOW Twitter Help.
Could be a technical glitch at NOW's end if a different browser gives the same error results.
