NowTV charges constantly changing price

Hello. I've just checked my payments for NowTV and can see that Boost has gone from £2 per month to £5 per month. I don't have any communication that there was going to be a price increase and can see I've already been charged this. There isn't a customer service number to phone and this is the second time this has happened to me. Can someone please let me know what the best thing to do is. Thanks.

I had an email a few months back that my Boost Membership was going up.

You could try the cancel route to see if NOW will offer you a short term Boost retention discount if the price has already increased to £5 per month.

Or see if NOW live chat will offer some assistance.

Forgot to add there is no telephone number for NOW customers with regards to their TV Memberships (only NOW web live chat or send them a message via their web form both found on the link page below) or alternatively by email.

Live chat is your best option.
