Not happy

So annoyed woke up to £25 taken from my bank account! When I cancelled my subscription last month! NOT HAPPY 😡

What was the £25 for?

Did you get a cancellation email confirming it?

Put a payment PIN on your account to prevent any new subscriptions starting without your say so.

If you are positive you cancelled the membership(s), request ALL devices to be signed out and change your password during the talk with live chat.
