Refund

I have a complaint about my subscription to Now TV and how you took money from my account illegally.I took out your monthly package to watch specific football matches, thinking it would only be a monthly cost.I made the same payment for other football matches, thinking this would be an additional one-off monthly fee.When I checked my account each of these have been ongoing subscription taking monthly payment.Not only this, boost and entertainment has been added to each account without my knowledge.What I require is your evidence that I signed up for each of these accounts rather than a one off monthly payment and that the boost and entertainment packages were to be added.Via the bot I have been offered a 3 month refund for one account. I am happy to pay for one month for each account as this is what I expected to pay but I want all other payments to be refunded. I believe these payments were taken illegally.

@RobCharlton

To put this simply, you WONT be speaking to staff on here who will sort out your account etc. See this link for purpose of the forum.

The ONLY one off payment you will EVER make with NOW is for a day membership, every other membership is rolling unless cancelled.

To get anything sorted you must speak with staff. It won’t get sorted on here that’s for sure.

Speak with staff via live chat. Make sure signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Put a payment PIN on your account to stop anyone taking new payments without your say so effectively.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I suspect that you did sign up for all that you say, NOW often include bundles of packages along with whatever specifically you are trying to order, as well as longer-term commitments at a reduced price. It is up to you to check the details before you hit the confirm button.

NOW are usually reasonable in untangling people from commitments they did not pay full attention to and I get the impression that you have already been in touch if they have offered you any sort of refund. As @gavs82008 says though, if you have any further issues you will need to pursue them directly with customer services, NOW will  not respond on here.
