Hello,
I have seen others with similar issues but not found solutions on this forum and have only seen people receiving emails from the team to solutions so here goes.
I have had a long 12 hour shift day and came home to enjoy some movies to be greeted by my NOW Stick not working.
I checked on my NOW TV stick, on my phone app as well as my web browser and it's always the same, I cannot seem to find my NOW Movie pass, I cannot even sign up for more and it says my next due payment under my bill section still.
I tried the online chat who wasted my time by telling me to re-log in and restart these devices which I have done prior to getting help. Bismal was the person I was speaking with. I am upset as he was not listening to the fact that I have tried these and my issue is across multiple different means of accessing my account. Resetting, uninstalling, reloging will not work no matter how many times I try it again and again.
Waste of my time.
