NOW Charging my account incorrectly

I am a Sky Staff member on the Osterley campus. I work on streaming products that include NOW. 

I do not expect to be charged for NOW. This is part of the employment agreement. 

The charges have started since July this year. 

I want the money refunded.

And you won’t get any form of NOW staff jumping on here to refund you the money. You need to speak with staff via live chat. 

Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Congratulations - you’ve just washed your dirty laundry in the very public Now Customer Community 😢

I expect someone from Sky HR will be along shortly to discuss this with you.

But while you are here, please take a look around and see if there is anything you can fix 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
