My daughter has mistakenly subscribed my account to Sports package.

My daughter has mistakenly subscribed my account to Sports package minutes ago. I want this reversed please. How can I fix.

I am assuming it's a Day Sports Pass at £11.99 ?

 

Jump over to live chat and explain to them what's happened.

Also go into your online account and add a payment pin to prevent this happening in the future.

It was the months subscription of £33 I had cancelled previously in months before.

Perhaps it’s time to put a payment PIN on your account if this isn’t the first time it’s happened?
