my daughter subscribed by mistake

My 3 year old accidentally subscribed to the NOW tv sports day pass and now tv boost. I already got full sky package at home. Is there a change I get the refund as I dont need the package and it was subscribed accidentally. Nightmare to chat or contact a real person. What Can I do 😞
