Hi there, i had the cinema, entertainment and kids package - have had for about 3 years now, but they have gone! It now displays a message saying i need to sign up. Can someone look into this for me please? I would like things back the way they were!

What’s ‘It’ in this context?
The problem you are getting is usually that you have signed in on a wrong account number - can you double-check this?

So no need to sign in or out it’s been on as normal for years and I’ve only ever had the one account
