Money being taken from my bank account but I have no membership and can not find a membership on now tv. This happened before and it was stopped but now it’s randomly started again. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, I WANT REFUNDED

It won’t be done on the forum. You have to speak to staff via live chat or email.
Since it’s been done before have you put a payment PIN on your account? As this would stop anything new being activated without your say so.
