I have been incorrectly charged

i have been incorrectly charged for a membership in October.

I have cancelled all accounts dating back to March 2022. How can I find help in speaking to someone about a refund, or to see which email has used my card details. My bank requires that I contact the merchant first before disputing. The chat bot does not seem to provide the best results.

For account related matters get in touch with NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button towards the top of the screen on this link page below.

If on your bank statement there is an unique NOW reference number quote this number to NOW live chat where they should be able to pinpoint the account number in question.
