Money leaving my account and getting no services

This company offered me sky sports for 20 a months so I tried to accept the offer it took £1 twice to check the account and keeps coming up with an error report and not putting sky’s ports on. There can not be an error as the money has been taken

@Anonymous User the £1 isn't technically taken from your account, but instead temporarily held as a check that it's a valid account with sufficient funds.

 

What's the error message you are seeing? Have you tried to process the offer with a different browser?

 

You'll know if the offer has gone through as the full £20 will be taken.
