Hello just looking for some help with finding when my membership if over I am thinking of going with another provider and I don't want to leave of there is going to be cancelation fees thanks

Go into your online NOW account and under Broadband & Calls > Messages, see if there is an email when you took out the 12 month contract or if you renewed a 12 month contract there should be some information details about dates etc.
Or go into your email address inbox and look at any old emails from either Sky or NOW with regards to your Broadband order or order renewal.
Other than that you will have to contact the NOW Broadband Team for this information, where they can look into your account in more detail.
