Keeps showing as payment failed

Hi, I have Now Movies, Entertainment and Boost. In January the Movies and Boost payments went through fine, but the Entertainment is showing as payment failed, even though it is the same card.

I changed the payment method to paypal, and it shows £1 went out from NowTV, but my account is still showing as failed and I'm concerned they will cancel my membership. I'm currently on a £2.99 deal so don't want to lose that. The chat is useless as it just goes round in circles, is there any way to actually contact customer support for TV issues?

To make sure you don't lose your membership, check your payment details are up to date and you have enough funds in your account, or get in touch with your bank.

Change your payment method back to vis/credit card. Then after the payment goes through change back to PayPal.

Had the exact same issue in January also. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
