I keep getting emails saying I haven’t paid for BOOST and I’m gonna loose my membership although I have paid and i Have checked on payment history . Something weird going on. I also realise how much I’m paying for it all
Is it possible that it's referring to another account with the same payment information?
Otherwise it does sound strange. Does your account (in NOW) show you've got an active boost membership?
