You don't and won't ever speak to staff on here. See this link.

Did you recently take up the entertainment offer on here https://www.nowtv.com/offers?
If so this clearly states that you will get a 7 day free trial of cinema then £9.99 unless cancelled. Read the T&C of the offer before you take anything out.

To get anything sorted you must speak to staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Let me guess, you took out a 6 month subscription to Entertainment, didn’t notice the preticked boxes on the sign-up page that gave you free trials of Boost and Cinema, so you let these run and they turned into further paid subscriptions after a week, and this is what you were charged for?

Preticked boxes should be banned in law, IMHO.

But this Community is customer-to-customer, so the ‘you’ that you are addressing never monitors what goes on here 😢

So, get on Now Live Chat, and say you are yet another customer who has rumbled their little game, and the jig is up, so can they please refund you for these unwelcome ‘extras’?

The following link leads you to direct contact with Now (via a tiny green circle with a v in it, so keep your eyes peeled for that when you have made your initial choices):-

https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-contact-now

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage. Also, don’t choose Request a Refund, even if that is what you want, as that will only deliver you to the Nowbot; pick something else.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
