Ive cancelled auto renew for hayu and still been charged

Ive cancelled auto renew for hayu and still been charged how do I totally cancel subscription and hopefully get money back

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Did you get confirmation via email about the cancellation? Otherwise I hate to say you didn’t go through the wonderful process of cancelling.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
