Hi there,
i am still being charged for a membership which was cancelled during the trial period. Also, there is no membership listed under the “My membership and devices” option in my account. I have desperately looked for a membership but there isn’t one to be cancelled.
I have watched video tutorial on YouTube and when I tap on “My membership and devices” as recommended, no membership is showing. Listed are only trial offers and memberships to add.
I have tried to contact someone but there is no one to help. It is bad, nightmare really.
can anybody help.
I have been monthly charged for a while, it is shocking.
