First line of address

So which bright spark web developer decided that the first line of the address is mandatory and can only contain numbers?  I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in only having a house name - and no number.

But I didn't give up. I put in my postcode and pressed Find Address. Yep, my address is there, complete and correct. What happens when I pick it? It fills in the address fields, leaving, (the mandatory) first line blank. So even though my address is on file, (and therefore valid and verifiable), it won't let me use it. I guess they decided one stupid wasn't enough. Let's double up!

They just lost a potential customer because some technical whizz doesn't understand how addresses work in the UK. Nice work guys!

Try a zero, or a double zero.

But it is indeed long past time that Now should have got this fixed 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
