Hi how do i get a online bill with my proof of address?

Hi, I need to get a now broadband bill with my proof off address but they don't have the name or address on the bills.

Is there anyway i can get one issued online?

I don't believe NOW offer a detailed NOW Broadband Bill with the customers address on them.

If you need a bill with these details for proof of identity living at an address, then you may have to use another utility bill instead such has gas, electricity, water etc.

You could send them an email asking for this information, but don't hold your breath if the information is not forthcoming.

Try calling the broadband team, however my understanding is that they don't provide this.

Sorry bud I’m neither staff nor a broadband customer with NOW, just basing it from experience with what I’ve seen over the years on the forum. Have been with NOW broadband in the past but was 5 years ago.
