I have had now tv in the past, entertainment and cinema at different times, and cancelled my membership as I wasn’t watching any more, yesterday (Sunday 30th October) I started up the entertainment membership on my phone though Apple Pay, then cancelled it once it went through as I only want it for a month, I checked my bank and the payment was taken, but everytime I go on the app it says I need to buy the entertainment membership to watch episodes, iv signed out and signed back in, iv also set the payment up many times, but it still won’t let me watch anything and iv definitely paid for it

Jump onto live chat to discuss the situation and try get things sorted out. At the same time ask for that other account to be deleted.
