Granddaughter click on wrong things

Hi my granddaughter pressed all the wrong buttons on my now I now have 2 pending on my bank to pay can I stop it please

See here for a posting with, among other things, a link that will lead you to Now Live Chat, where you can see if Now can rescue the situation for you.

It also mentions the Payment PIN, something which if set before would have prevented the issue; but at least if you set it now, it will prevent a recurrence. Search ‘Payment PIN’ in the Now Help for instructions on how to set it up.

To follow up from @RoyB  also put a payment PIN on your account so it can’t happen again.
