I cancelled the entertainment pass late last year. Today I checked my direct debits and found I’m still being charged £7.99.
I logged into my nowtv account today today and someone else’s name and address are in my account.
what can we do?

Sorry to hear about your problem, @Anonymous User. I can suggest a few actions you can take:
1. Take a screen print of the account details as evidence.
2. Cancel the pass (again), then put a payment pin on the account and change the password. Also delete any devices you don’t recognise.
3. Inform NowTV, your bank and the police that you’ve been the victim of identity fraud (be prepared for a lot of buck-passing) using the screen shot as evidence.
4. Take advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureaux.
No doubt someone else will reply with more/better advice than I can give.

I HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED £7.99 AND NOW £8.99 FOR AN ACCOUNT I CLOSED IN MARCH 2019. I HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT TO NO AVAIL. WHY THE HELL CAN'T YOU SPEAK TO ANYONE. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

@Anonymous User
Accounts aren't straight forward to "delete" on Now TV.
If you feel that you are entitled to a refund I would suggest the Live Chat
https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch
1. NOW TV account & payments
2. Cancelling or renewing NOW TV Passes
3. Drop down 'How to get in touch'
4. Live Chat
