Devices

I only have two devices set up on my account, never had more than 3. But it says ‘now that you’ve added 6 devices you can swap 2 devices each month’ and ‘you have to wait until Jan1 to swap devices’. I’m paying to have 6 devices so I don’t understand this.

@Anonymous User link below. Near the bottom is a little blue arrow with "how to get in touch". Click the arrow for a link to live chat (possibly closed now) and politely ask if they can reset your device limit.
