I have an issue with my payments.
I got a new payment card and updated my details but its not taking my payment.
I need to speak to an actual person to sort this. The live chat thing is completely useless.
I have done everything correct and don't particularly want my Internet cut off because their system is not working.
Does anyone have an actual phone number with a real person, or does that even exist anymore??
Obvious frustration from the website just sending me round in circles!!
Please help!
