Hi,
I made an impulse purchase for a 12 month movies pass earlier today but I would like to cancel it now (lockdown boredom made me do it). My confirmation email says I can get a full refund within 14 days so I’ve gone ahead and cancelled the pass now but it says I can still keep watching until next year so just wanted to know if I will automatically get my refund or if I’ll have to give customer service a call at some point?

I did exactly the same thing 😵 I have cancelled my pass within my 14 day cooling off period. I tried to call but they are only dealing with broadband customers. Fingers crossed we both get our money back....🤞
