Cancelled and then my Pass Automatically Renewed

I had a Sky Sports pass that expired on May 15th. 

I cancelled this a couple of days before, so that it would NOT renew. And it renewed anyway.

Honestly, I went through about five cancellation steps. I made it very, very clear I was trying to cancel, and the cancellation was confirmed at the end.

But my pass was renewed and I've been charged £33.99.

How can I get this pass cancelled and my money refunded?

@Anonymous User what confirmation of cancellation did you get? If you pop on to chat, so long as no one has used the service. They should be able to cancel and process a refund. Any issues, post back and someone will tag a member of the Now team.
