Broadband early cancellation - credit

The broadband we had was cancelled by new tenants moving into the property, before the one with NOWTV was set to run out. On the account in payments it says -£20 (roughly) is due on the 23rd September, because of the cancellation by other people. Does this mean I will get this money back?
