Wrong payment


I received an email from Now letting me know that my NOW Broadband Membership is out of contract.

The do nothing option in the email was to continue with my existing membership of £25.50 a month.

I did nothing but my payments have now jumped to £46.50 per month.

I emailed NOW last week but have heard nothing. What's the best way of getting this resolved please?

You need to contact Now Broadband, the only way you can get this resolved.

You could email again, but better to telephone, so you can discuss it with them. Reach them on 150 from your home phone, if you have one, otherwise:-

Try 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0800 759 1213 or 0330 332 3050

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
