Hi All,
I organised for my broadband to be cancelled after the end of my 12 month offer that is coming up soon. However, the Upcoming Payments section still displays a broadband charge to be paid at the rate of that broadband without the offer.
Is this just a matter of Upcoming Payments only updating on the day the broadband officially cancels, or should I get in touch with someone to avoid getting this charge?
