Did anyone ever manage this?
I'm trying to do the same and can't even contact Now Broadband... No live chat. No phone number. Amazing.
They're going to lose £30 a month from me if they can't simply put a name and address on my bill.
This is apparently an impossible task. I've contacted both Sky and NOW numerous times about this, with no success. No one seems to have a clue about how to resolve the issue. It's been a nightmare and I'm planning to change service provider.
