I have received an email notifying me that my services are suspended as theres an overdue payment but my bill isn’t due until the 18th so there is no payment overdue?

Strangely enough another forum member reported the same thing yesterday where their next payment date is not due until the 18th of this month.
I would suggest getting in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team to find out what's happening.
To contact them open the link below and if you are signed in with your nowtv broadband account log in details there should be a telephone number to call on the right hand side of the screen page.
