I haven't found any info on how to contact NowTV so i thought i'd post in here. My payment for my film pass hasn't gone through as my bank has cancelled the card due to suspected fraud. They are sending me out my new card today and i'll get it in 3-5 days. But i can't update any payment details until then. So what happens?

You could try buying a gift card from Tesco. If you are not on an offer, it will save you money.
