Bank change and billing issue

I have changed my bank details a couple months back, it was automatically done with the bank and I have now receive email from NOW saying the bills weren’t payed.. I have check the bank details yesterday and they do have the correct one, I also have money in the account so very unsure of what to do as they now threatening with cancelling fees when I have no wish to cancel I just didn’t realised it wasn’t automatically payed

If it’s for broadband you should really be calling the broadband team to get it sorted out.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
